Buffalo Wings

Does your husband love buffalo wings, but you can never get them to come out just right? I suffered from this problem for a long, long time. The ideal buffalo wing sauce is the medium heat buffalo sauce from "Buffalo Wild Wings." BUT these restaurants are few and far between, and ordering online prompts paying for shipping and handling. So, Franks Red Hot Buffalo Wing sauce, (the one already mixed with butter) seems to be the best stand in. It took a lot of research, and a lot of "testing," which I'm sure Mike just hated, to find the perfect sauce, oil, temperature and timing. I hope you all enjoy the fruit, or should I say meat of our labors.

You'll need:

14 thawed chicken wingettes
64 oz. peanut oil
4 oz. Franks Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce

Heat the oil to 375 degrees and fry the chicken for 12 minutes. Toss fried wings in the sauce and enjoy.
