The original recipe for this chicken can be found
here, but I tweaked it a bit to fit the ingredients I had on hand. It turned out really well and got a big thumbs up from my boys.
You'll need:
6 chicken breasts
1/2 c balsamic vinaigrette
1/4 c brown sugar
2 tbsp soy sauce
I just put everything in the slow cooker for 8 hours on low, and shredded half way through.
